Privacy Policy

What we collect

When you use BookScore, we collect the email address you give us, the book details you submit (cover image, title, subtitle, blurb, genre, keywords, categories, price, and similar), and basic session data if you sign in. We also collect anonymous product analytics (page views, feature usage) to understand how BookScore is used.

How we use it

Your cover and book details are used to generate your score report and are not used to train any AI model beyond producing that report. Reports are never emailed — they're generated straight to your dashboard for download. Your email is used to sign you in and, only if you opt in, for product updates. We don't sell your data to anyone.

Third-party services we use

• - Supabase — database, authentication, and file storage
• - Cloudflare Workers AI — scores your cover image and book details
• - Brevo — delivers contact form notifications to our team
• - PostHog — anonymous product analytics

Each of these providers processes data only as needed to provide their part of the service to you.

Cookies

We use a session cookie to keep you signed in, and analytics cookies to understand product usage. We don't use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

Data retention and deletion

We keep your reports so you can revisit them from your dashboard. If you'd like your account and data deleted, email support@bookscore.co and we'll remove it.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes in a meaningful way, we'll update the date above and, where appropriate, let you know by email.
