Using BookScore
BookScore gives you an AI-generated readiness check on your book's cover and listing (title, blurb, keywords, categories, and pricing), plus optional real feedback from other authors in the community. By using BookScore, you agree to these terms.
What BookScore is — and isn't
Scores and fixes are generated by AI and are meant as a strong first read, not a replacement for a professional editor or designer, and not a guarantee of sales or launch results. Use your own judgment alongside the report.
Payment
BookScore is billed via one-time credit packs: $29 for 10 test credits, or $59 for 25 test credits. Each run of a tool — Cover Score, Full Listing Score, A/B Cover Test, Manuscript Score, or Community Feedback — costs 1 credit, charged separately every time, from one shared balance you can spend across all 5 tools. Credits do not expire.
Your content
You keep all rights to the covers, titles, blurbs, and other content you submit. You're responsible for making sure you have the right to upload and use that content. By submitting it, you give us permission to process it solely to generate your report.
Community feedback
If you publish a report to the community, other signed-in authors can see and vote on it. Keep feedback and comments respectful — we may remove content or restrict accounts that abuse this feature.
Account and termination
You're responsible for keeping access to your account secure. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service (spam, uploading content you don't have rights to, or attempting to disrupt other users).
Limitation of liability
BookScore is provided as-is. We aren't liable for launch or sales outcomes, or for decisions you make based on an AI- generated score.
Changes to these terms
If these terms change in a meaningful way, we'll update the date above and, where appropriate, let you know by email.
